CodeWin Terms and Conditions
for Online Betting in the Philippines

01General Terms

Welcome to CodeWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CodeWin website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). CodeWin is an online betting and gaming platform serving Filipino players. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CodeWin.

By accessing the CodeWin platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact our support team before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the CodeWin platform.

CodeWin operates under applicable licensing requirements and complies with relevant Philippine regulations governing online gaming and betting activities. We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the CodeWin platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

To register a CodeWin account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing CodeWin account. Each individual may maintain only one account on the CodeWin platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or under a self-imposed exclusion period on the CodeWin platform.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. CodeWin reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds — at any point to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CodeWin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. CodeWin will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.

Account Closure

CodeWin reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, or where fraud, collusion, or any other irregular activity is suspected. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any funds associated with irregular activity may be forfeited.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

CodeWin supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Filipino players:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on CodeWin is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. CodeWin reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion with appropriate notice.

Processing Times

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets are processed in near real-time and should reflect in your CodeWin wallet within minutes. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash / Maya withdrawals: Typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• InstaPay / PESONet transfers: Generally within 2–4 hours during standard banking hours.
• Debit/credit card withdrawals: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. CodeWin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet been fully verified, processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please review individual promotion terms on the Promotions page.

04Betting Rules

Placing Bets

Bets are accepted only when a player has sufficient funds in their CodeWin wallet to cover the stake. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the CodeWin system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, unless CodeWin explicitly offers a cash-out or cancellation feature for that specific market at that time.

Bet Settlement

All bets placed on CodeWin are settled in accordance with the official results reported by the relevant governing body for each sport or game. For PBA games, the official PBA scoreline applies. For NBA games, the NBA official result is used. For casino games, the result visible at the end of the game round is final. CodeWin reserves the right to delay settlement in cases where a result is disputed or under review by the relevant authority.

Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• A sporting event is postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• A sporting event is abandoned before the completion of the minimum required period for bet settlement.
• A technical error resulted in the display of incorrect odds at the time of placement.
• CodeWin determines through investigation that a bet was placed fraudulently or as part of collusion.

In cases where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's CodeWin wallet in full.

Odds and Errors

CodeWin makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds are displayed accurately at all times. However, in the event that an obvious error results in clearly incorrect odds being offered — such as odds that are significantly out of line with market prices — CodeWin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled as a win.

Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability and stability of live data feeds. CodeWin cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of live betting markets. If a live bet is placed during a delay in the data feed, CodeWin reserves the right to void the bet if it is found that the outcome was known at the time of placement.

05Bonuses & Promotions

CodeWin regularly offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and special event deals to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms outlined for each offer on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your CodeWin wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new CodeWin players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address.
• CodeWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately within your CodeWin wallet. Cash balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.

06Responsible Gaming

CodeWin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our responsibility to help players who may be experiencing difficulties.

The following tools are available to all CodeWin account holders and can be accessed directly through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your CodeWin account.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can bet within a set time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the CodeWin platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and will prevent you from accessing your account, placing bets, or receiving promotional communications.

CodeWin will not extend credit to players and will not knowingly allow a player who is subject to a self-exclusion order to maintain an active account or place bets. Any player who attempts to open a new account during a self-exclusion period will have that account closed and any balance returned.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CodeWin platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one CodeWin account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using the platform if you are subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the CodeWin platform in any way.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the CodeWin platform to process funds from illegal activities.
• Placing bets as part of any arbitrage scheme intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner that circumvents normal betting activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing CodeWin staff or other players in any communication channel.

08Privacy & Data

CodeWin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the CodeWin platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

We use the information you provide to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and available promotions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

CodeWin uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your account and personal information from unauthorised access.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodeWin shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming on the CodeWin platform.
• Interruptions to the service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or third-party system outages.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in the settlement of bets caused by late or inaccurate reporting from official sporting bodies.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of the CodeWin platform.

CodeWin's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

The CodeWin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

10Changes to These Terms

CodeWin reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the CodeWin platform after any changes to these Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
